Special Character

St Patrick’s College is a Catholic school with a particular Marist charism meaning that we try to live the Gospel in the way that Mary, the mother of Jesus, did.

The Marist religious order of priests, brothers and sisters, called the Society of Mary, has been and remain, an integral part of the St Patrick’s College history and tradition.

Being Marist involves reflecting on the glimpses we see of Mary in the Gospels and then applying her spirit to our lives. Our aim is to be Christian in the best way that we can, taking, as Mary did, our identity from her son Jesus Christ after whom we are called Christians.
