PROGRESS CONFERENCE: Thank you to those parents who came in on Wednesday for Progress Conferences. This is a really important day for us and hopefully was useful for you.

TERM DATES FOR 2018: Term 2 – Monday 30 April to Friday 6 July. Term 3 – Monday 23 July to Friday 28 September. Term 4 – Monday 15 October to Wednesday 12 December.


  • Monday 30 April – Women’s Group meet at 7.45pm in the staffroom.

TERM 2: Term 2 starts on Monday 30 April. All students should be in winter uniform. As winter approaches it is important that students have a rain jacket. A reminder to parents that students are only allowed to wear a regulation College jacket to school. If you need to purchase a College jacket please visit either the Second Hand Uniform Shop during the holidays or NZ Uniforms in Thorndon Quay.

SECOND HAND UNIFORM SHOP NEW HOURS: With Term 2 approaching when students need to wear formal uniform each day you may need to buy some additional uniform items. The shop will be open on SATURDAY 28 April from 10AM TO 12 NOON. Pop in and pick up your winter uniform needs for next term. The shop is really well stocked and even has ties and scarves on sale. Pop along and see what they have got as they are there to help.

PARENTS’ ASSOCIATION FUNDRAISER: WE’RE AGAIN FUNDRAISING WITH ENTERTAINMENT™: The NEW 2018|2019 Entertainment™ Books will be arriving soon. PARENTS’ ASSOCIATION ART AUCTION – 20/21 SEPTEMBER: The Parents’ Association would love to hear from any artists in the school community who would be prepared to help them manage this event, and also any caterers who would be happy to assist them with the food planning and preparation.
